We offer continuous support for various stages of the maternity process
Maternityhub brings together world class nutritionists, birth educators, lactation consultants, pediatric sleep coaches, parent guides, and OBGYN & nurse midwife advisers. Our platform enables these specialists to offer on-demand virtual care when expecting and new parents need it. Our system stretches from preconception through the first year of parenting, and complements medical care from OBs, midwives and pediatricians.

Nutrition
Our nutritionists provide excellent nutritional advice before pregnancy, during pregnancy, and after delivery.
Movement
During pregnancy we offer tips on how you can modify your favorite exercises. After your baby arrives, we will share deep content on how you can best recover from birth. We also include referrals to fitness groups tailored to mothers.
Birth Preparation
We cover 9 of the most important topics, such as when to leave for the birth center and labor pain options. Read our curated articles and join 60-minute live virtual childbirth classes.
Support Groups
We have over 200 support groups to support your every need. Including many mental health support groups.
Breastfeeding
Our team of expert lactation consultants will help prepare you for breastfeeding and offer help in group or personal sessions in the critical first few weeks with your newborn.
Baby Support
Our sleep coaches can offer advice on safe sleep and best practices for newborn naps and bedtime. For infants with sleep disturbances, we offer 60 minute 1:1 coaching sessions plus sleep plans.
Back to Work
Starting around 3 weeks postpartum, we will help you build a milk supply. As your back-to-work date approaches, we will help with sleep adjustments, separation anxiety, and more.
Telemonitoring
Let us help you stay on top of your health while you are pregnant and postpartumly. Through our application we can keep eye on your pulse, oxygenation, blood pressure, weight, temperature, sleep, activity and more.
